Our program is specifically tailored to help these athletes enhance their athleticism, body control, strength, and awareness in time and space. With their unique needs in mind, our program provides the ideal base for young athletes to achieve their future goals.
In order to build a strong foundation, our program focuses on developing fundamental movement patterns that are essential for athletic success. These patterns include running, jumping, landing, throwing, catching, and striking. By mastering these basic movements, young athletes will be better equipped to excel in their chosen sport.
Freshman year of High School through Sophomore year of college, is the most important years of a players career. During this time, players have the opportunity to develop their skills and establish themselves as serious contenders in their sport. It's during these years that they may receive offers from colleges and universities, and begin thinking about their future career opportunities in the sport. It's important for players to stay focused, work hard, and continue to improve their skills during these crucial years. With dedication and persistence, players can set themselves up for success both on and off the field. By making the most of these formative years, players can position themselves for a bright future in their chosen sport.

Morning workouts focused on the development of rotational, fast twitch "B" fiber muscles. This will aid EVERY athlete in building healthier and more dynamic movement patterns. Our training is focused on the Central Nervous System and the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization System. Movement Matters! The afternoons are for throwing and skill specific development.
As athlete's enter into the winter months there should be more emphasis on performance. Fine tuning the metrics that were gained in the fall and grooming the arsenal to be ready to compete. The program is up to 8 weeks in the winter break. All areas will be covered, and special attention paid to any player needing to develop or fix a current issue.
EPL has combined with Less Spellman to bring our athletes a better speed training and certification model. Be it metrics for training or recruiting, EPL will be able to assist in all of your speed and agility needs. Our program offers a comprehensive approach to enhancing speed performance. Focused on personalized training plans and cutting-edge methodologies and technology, athletes can expect to see significant improvements in their speed, agility, and overall athletic abilities.
