THE GOAL IS WHERE YOUR CHILD IS AT 16-20 YEARS OLD, NOT IF THEY ARE PLAYING SHORTSTOP AT 8....

Our program also emphasizes the importance of proper technique and injury prevention. We work closely with our athletes to ensure they are using correct form when performing exercises and drills. Additionally, we educate them on the importance of training and recovery and nutrition in order to avoid injuries and optimise personal gain.We believe that building a strong foundation for young athletes goes beyond physical training. Our program also emphasizes the development of mental toughness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. By instilling these values early on, we help our athletes become well-rounded individuals who are prepared to succeed both on and off the field. EPL has a high standard in everything, Grades in the classroom are second to none.At the end of the day, our goal is to help young athletes unlock their full potential. By providing them with a solid foundation, we know they will be able to achieve great things in their athletic and academic careers as well as beyond.When it comes to building a strong relationship, connecting with parents is just as important as connecting with athletes.At EPL we know parents play a vital role in the success of their children. Establishing a strong connection with parents can help build trust, open lines of communication, and create a supportive environment for both the athlete and their family. Just like athletes need support from their coaches, they also need support from their parents. By working together and maintaining a strong connection, together, we can ensure that their athletes have the best possible chance to succeed.
 

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM-
INCLUDES:

  • Transferable athletic movement patterns. The focus here is building the foundation to be a better athlete no matter the direction of sports. Having body awareness in time and space. The ability to change the direction of movement within said time and space.
  • Flexibility. A large portion of injuries are preventable with proper flexibility.
  • Strength through range of motion. Being able to control the body throughout a movement pattern is required. EPL focuses on the athlete’s ability to stabilize through range of motion.   
  • Building healthy movement patterns and keeping the athlete healthy while building performance and metrics. 
  • Setting up the young player to move into high school and start on their Varsity team their freshman year.
  • Classes have set times and are 2 days a week.  Classes are 1-1.5 hours per day. Current class size is limited to 8 players. There are two classes available. 
  • A training equipment bag will need to be purchased!

                 (A TRAINING BAG WILL BE REQUIRED AT ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OF $200)
