ArmCare

EPL uses the ArmCare app to test the range of motion and strength of our throwing athletes. The data collected aids us in knowing exactly where the athletes “readiness” is. It also aids in the prevention and predictions of athlete injuries. Knowing where you are instead of guessing where you are in the terms of arm health is vital prior to any throwing activity. Be it competition or a low intent mound day, knowing is critical to extended health and quality performance.
