EPL Coach Level: 4 – Attained notable industry accreditation, coached athletes to national standard – Completed 250HRS CPD

Jacob got in to sport early, competing in Australia to a state level in Gymnastics up to age 14 then moving to Athletic events which he competed at county level in High Jump, Triple Jump, Long Jump, 100m Sprint, Hurdles and Javelin until aged 17.

Jacob completed his Level 4 Certification in Personal Training aged 20 and made the decision to move to England to begin his career as a Personal Trainer, he has since coached people over multiple sporting disciplines including a player of the Under 20’s Hong Kong, a freestyle snowboarder, an amateur MMA Fighter and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Tunbridge WELLS 1st XV team throughout their unbeaten season and debut at Twickenham resulting in their promotion in to National 3, Jacob is also coaching a 69kg British level Weightlifter, a Junior county level runner, a player from the Harlequins Premiership Ladies Squad and a Triathlete in the lead up to “Challenge Roth”

Jacob is driven to improve his knowledge and develop professionally to benefit his clients and get them to their goals and beyond effectively and efficiently by reading literature on a vast array of topics, attending CPD meetings and completing courses regularly. Training with Jacob will guarantee you a supportive atmosphere regular support throughout your whole journey.

From getting injured playing a season of u18s county and regional rugby in 2017, I realised that I needed to regain strength and stability if I was to go further in my rugby. Jacob has been my dads personal trainer for a number of years and it was an easy decision to go to him for advice. From the off he has listened to my needs as a female athlete, providing a personal program tailored to preventing injury and gaining muscle strength he also provided nutritional advice, performance testing, regular training sessions/ check ins and pre-game activation sessions. He has helped me psychologically within training and my sport. All this support has led me to be selected as part of the Harlequins Ladies squad 2017/18 working my way through the ranks and gaining a premiership debut in October 2017, having only played my first game back from a serious injury at the end of September. I now have regular involvement in the 1XV at Harlequins. I am looking forward to working with Jacob in the off season to gain a lot more muscle strength to go into my next season of Harlequins Ladies in the best shape possible!

I’ve trained with Jacob for nearly 2 years now and I can’t thank him enough for what he helped me achieve during this time!
